Differences in Synchronization Methods of High Voltage Switch Dynamic Characteristic Testers

Synchronization mode of high voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester: internal synchronization, external synchronization, empty contact. This parameter provides different power control modes for the closing and opening coils, and the selection of this parameter is required to correspond to the external wiring one by one. The internal synchronization provides voltage dc30-300V for the internal power supply. The power to the switch itself should be disconnected at this point.

The high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester provides voltage AC/dc30-300V for the external power supply to connect and disconnect the coil, and input the external power supply voltage signal into the instrument to provide a reference for the instrument to start the acquisition work. The air contacts supply voltage to the closing and opening coils synchronously and power the switch itself, and there are only two independent opening passive air contacts for transmission inside.

What is the difference between the use of internal and external synchronization and empty contacts in the high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester?

The so-called synchronization of high voltage switch dynamic characteristics tester is the starting point of time.

During internal synchronization, the on (off) control of the switch is given by the meter. When the meter gives the on (off) control of the switch, start the timer as the starting point of timing.

During external synchronization, the on (off) control of the switch is given externally. While the opening (closing) control of the switch is given by the outside, the synchronization signal must be provided to the instrument through the external synchronization interface of the instrument to provide the starting point of timing. If the instrument cannot get the synchronization signal, it will be in the waiting state and cannot complete the test data.

When there is no contact, the power supply provided by the control switch of the passive contact inside the instrument is used to turn on (off). The instrument starts the timer with the passive contact closure as the timing starting point. The high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester adopts the voltage synchronization method, the synchronization voltage range is dc30V~300V for internal synchronization, and AC/dc30v~300V for external synchronization.
